Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery estimates, and what to do if there’s a shipping problem.
1) Shipping availability
We ship to U.S. addresses. Certain items may be restricted based on size, weight, or carrier service limitations.
2) Order processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). If an item needs extra handling time or is temporarily unavailable, we’ll notify you.
3) Estimated transit time (after dispatch)

Standard: typically 3–7 business days

Expedited: typically 2–5 business days (if offered at checkout)
These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, peak volume, and carrier delays may affect delivery.
4) Tracking & split shipments
Tracking is emailed once a shipping label is created. Carrier scans can take up to 48 hours to update. Orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages and generate multiple tracking numbers.
5) Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address and contact number at checkout. If a package is returned due to an address error, reshipping fees may apply.
6) Damage, missing items, or delivery delays
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact support@chestnutforksshop.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). Include your order number and photos if applicable.
